Took my Toyota Prius for a general service and oil change, once finished I opened the boot to place my groceries and found out the inner panels of the boot was removed and battery exposed, went back and asked for a reasons the reception stated: They most have forgotten to place it back" he went on to fix the issue

Went for full car service for $235. Thinking my car is all good. They picked up so many problems and told me it’s important to be fixed so I am like okay. Cost me over $1000 and it is only half of the problems cost. I thought they would be good so went there and am disappointed. Thought they clean or vacuum inside of car but I don’t see it’s clean, tip of engine oil stick is black. If they drain it all why is it still black? Any many more.... I also didn’t have engine check light on before i took it to them. Now it is on and they said I should fix that too! I didn’t have much money and just wanted them to do a good job. Took me so long to save up, but it feels like its way too expensive and i got ripped off.

I put my vehicle in for a $299 Service…. Got a call that ‘extras’ needed to be done such as wiper blades, filters ect….. i told them my brakes needed looking at due to the squealers going off. $1760 later i was told my brakes were fine. Brakes failed a week later and needed replacing immediately. Wiper blades weren’t changed so i had to pay for that. Brake fluid was empty and another mechanical company berated me for not checking my fluids. Radiator was also empty and oil needed topping up. One week after my ‘Service’!!! What a total rip off!!!!

Had a wonderful experience from the moment i walked in to the time i left. My vehicle was in a bot of a state when I dropped it off and when i got it back theyve done a exceptional job! Will recommend to my friends and family. Thanks guys!

Got my car serviced at their garage, they said it will cost around $270, and suddenly got a call that there are more issues that will cost 2000$, brought the car to another mecanic and they said everything is fine about what they were pointing out, they were trying to rip me off, do not recommend them at all, only using apprentice in their garage so that they can pay lower labour cost and damage people's car and get money for free

Meh experience. They left all the rubbish from the parts they changed in my bonnet, smelt something burning. Opened the bonnet and was full of rubbish and cardboard from the replaced parts boiling hot!! Basic WHS and super dangerous, doesn't make me trust them to do a full service on my car. had to get a second opinion from another mechanic to fix up their job. I also left with a flat tire which was not present before, and they refused to help me change it with my spare one. I bought my car in first thing as an emergency roadside assist job, told me it'd take 10 minutes theyll do it right away and theyd get me to work on time but waited 4 hours, 3 hours late to work. A loss on time and money, much more of a hassle than needed to be and won't be returning.

Horrible experience. Both times I’ve brought my car to get serviced, I got charged “extras” and the car keeps leaking.Paid $600 for the service plus “extras” and wanted to charge me $900 more to fix an issue that should have been spotted the first time around.Do not recommend coming here. Car not fixed and overpriced.

Went there with a normal car service that was around $250, only to get a call of a list of issues with my car that came to $2550 that included the normal service that I had requested for. Still in shock how replacing sparkplugs can cost$ 525 and replacing air filter cost $150.

Vehicle had a turbo boost leak and I explained. They only plugged in a scan tool and pulled up some codes for which I was charged over 90 dollars, no one bothered to test drive or inspect the leak, and the car wasn't fixed. Long story short, another professional found the burst intercooler pipe and replaced it and the vehicle is fixed and running normally again. I felt their service was a bit underwhelming for their reputation.
