Staff were friendly, costs were reasonable. I was able to book in on a Thursday afternoon for a Friday morning appointment - awesome! A couple of minor communication issues is all that held me back from 5 stars

Absolute sharks, go get a service somewhere else, even if it means waiting another week or two. Automasters high Wycombe will charge you very premium prices for a subpar service.I took my car in for repairs on a faulty coolant system and they charged me 1400 dollars for it and then upon inspecting the engine bay, there were still leaks and the mechanics had left oil all over the bay.An example. Upon further information about the cost, the shop manager had initially told me a combined 570 dollars for radiator parts and labour, then after demanding a cost breakdown they claimed the radiator parts cost 355.40 which leaves almost 2 hours of labour just for replacing a radiator (which is an absurd joke for a professional mechanic to take that long on a radiator. I've replaced them myself in a quarter that time and I'm no professional)The shop manager was also very dismissive when I asked for a cost breakdown and claimed it isn't recorded on the system and that he would have to do it manually, however phoning up a few days later and speaking to someone else, they made it sound like it was as simple as pressing print.When questioning the shop manager about the price, all he has to say for himself was if you were a mechanic you'd know it's a fair price" which sounds like rubbish to me.Now I'm left with an empty bank account and a few pieces of vague information they've given me that doesn't add up."

I book a service at Auto Master High Wycombe from a recommendation from my step-mother. I am glad they were recommended as they were professional and timely, before commence work I was called and advice of the diagnosis of my vehicle and given options to suit my budget.With friendly staff and a feeling of a mechanic I can trust I will returning to Auto Master High Wycombe for all my future car needs.

Not good. I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere now. Don't like being blamed for broken part that I never touched when it was them that last fixed it and bodgied it up to get car out.

My friends car needed some attention as it was not safe for her to use so did the google search and in my area I sourced out car mechanics and choose Auto Masters, called them up ,told them what was needed ,management listened then advised me of how to go about it and within 10 to 12 minutes I was booked in and before the appointment received a reminder of booking, got service done and they went throughout the whole vehicle and pointed out other things that needed to be done and my friend will get the rest done, so it was that easy as they listened to my friends needs as she was intimidated by another service centre as to why she didn't bother before so thanks Auto Masters for your service and making my friends car safe.

Excellent job done. After market quad coils and spark plugs changed. Not totally happy with the invoice not showing the cost of each item , as I was told the quad coils were $80 each. A phone call afterwards explained the cost of the quad coils was $120, so I was happy at the overall cost.

Good customer service, well spoken, convenient location for residents in the area, but I would not recommend Auto Masters for anything over a basic service or specific faults based on this scenario. .Requested they investigate two faults. They called and said they could not fault the car.I insisted they do a thorough test drive, if one was done, to confirm the faults as they were very well pronounced.I awaited another attempt to fault the vehicle, on their second call back they mentioned they did notice both problems and recommended a injector clean. I said yes.However they quoted over a $1000 for a bunch things not related to the faults that were of concern. Replaced one rear globe, window wipers, aircon service and injectors clean in an attempt to rectify one of the reported faults.I am surprised an adequate test drive is not done to confirm two faults, made clear was the point of the car being there. These were well pronounced faults and common to the make and model of the vehicle as later found out.The final outcome was approximately $1000 for the above mentioned items, a service where the engine oil still looked dirty and had requested the transmission and fluid be checked, this was a clue to the faults...but I was left very little confidence anything was really done with that regard.I also note that the invoice does not break cost down completely and that an engine clean was carried out and the customer was to return the vehicle for leaks, however this was not discussed?If this was indicated on the invoice would you not recommend the customer return, what do they pay for here, just the engine/clean or the follow-up inspection as well?No clean was needed nor was one carried out.I am left questioning whether anything was done as I was in the area and did not see the car move for more than an hour tops.They admitted they were not specialists in this field and thankfully recommended two other specialists to repair the faults.I recommend a more thorough test drive in the future to verify a fault before conducting any basic repairs or sending a quote through and consulting make and model common faults as these two faults were well known to the manufacturer.Do manufacturers provide you a list of common faults and or recall items as an example?
