Rip offs.They did a diagnostic on my car 3 weeks ago. I had just come back from a 2 month holiday and my car wouldn't start. I took my car to them and they said that the alternator is broken and needs a new belt as well as a battery. Quoted me for 1500$. I took my car back and replaced the battery only and had the alternator tested. Alternator was charging the battery with no issues. 3 week to this day and no issues with the car. Saved myself 1400$. If you want to save your money, I'd recommend to stay away from this place.

I had my Brake Pads and Rotors replaced by the previous Franchisee in October 22. On Friday my car had a suspension upgrade completed by another business who specializes in it. They advised that the brake rotors were scratched and need replacement.I rang Nathan (New Franchisee) at Auto Masters in regards to it and he arranged for photos to be taken of scratched rotors.He also paid the Suspension company to replace the brake Rotors and paid for the labour.Nathan well and truly honored the guarantee that his business gives customers with excellent service.Thank you Nathan for making the experience as painless as possible.

Auto Masters Belmont have been fantastic. Their prices were excellent. Hundreds of dollars cheaper than the competitors and the staff were excellent, devoting time to communicate and assist me. I highly recommend them.

This place is literally horrible they just want money, they wrote up a list saying the car was stuffed and was going to be a 8k fix and it took 4-5 guys to come up with that figure. Then the main guy came over to offer a 8k cash job at his house on the weekend. I left and went to another place the price I paid to have what needed to be fixed was 1.5kDO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

BEWARE stay away from this place biggest cons out! Not to mention DANGEROUS!!! Got my break rotator done a $150" part cost $1700...?Also they probably did the wheel nuts up with there hands! Lucky I only drove 20m and got out to check as my tyer was literally holding on by a thread.. ps for your mechanic sent out to inspect his handy work using the rattle gun to do the nuts back up really? I'll have fun trying to put a spare on if I get a flat."

Absolutely amazing service, great pricing for a service on my BMW x5. Replaced my back number plate light that was out without me asking, tested my battery for free, and filled up my washer fluid free of charge. When I picked up my car, the oil service light hadn’t been cleared, they immediately stopped what they where doing to ensure it was done. The front passenger and drivers side was vacuumed with tissues and a small bin bag. They also gave me quotes on parts needed and did a diagnosis for me, no waiting, all on the spot! Extremely impressed and will definitely be going back whenever I need a service or anything done. Thanks guys, absolute pleasure to go through you guys!

Took my car to Auto Master Belmont a couple of weeks ago just wanted to try a new shop since it's near my house. I informed the guy at the counter that my car is vibrating when I turn steering wheel and the guy took note. When I came back to collect the car he then gave me a big list of what needs to be done apart from the regular check up. I then asked about the problem that I mentioned and he replied he found nothing wrong apart from the tires that worn out so he suggested that I change the tires. I then took my car to costco to change to new ones but after I did.... my car still have the same problem!! so now I have to take my for another check up. So instead of one check up and get the problem sorted I now have to pay 3 times to get one thing fixed. Thinking of not returning unless they can come up with something to rectify this matter. It's just not good enough.

Had a service and Inspection done. On way home got a low pressure warning from the tyres. All tyre pressures were apparently inspected and ticked off at 40 psi yet every tyre was marked different, with one at 28 causing the alarm. Just needed a top up, not flat. So inspection not done. And its the easiest part to do, so i have no faith anything was done properly. Disappointing.

Had a high pressure fuel pump replaced under warranty. When picked up car was vacuumed, windows cleaned, tyres shined. I think under new management.. Thanks Nathan
