Amazing customer service. A lot better than Holden and Kmart which is where I have taken my care beforehand. They were very extensive in their search and servicing and made sure to contact me before proceeding with items outside of my quote. There was banter which made it more welcoming for me and answered all my questions no matter how silly they were. Helped me recommendations for other services such as panel beating and interior detailing. Couldn’t be happier with the team and will definitely be bringing my vehicle back. So good to see people actually having fun and enjoying their days in the workplace whilst working and maintaining a high level of customer service with banter and a smile!

We brought our Prado in for a scheduled service after moving to the area, previously we had used another Auto Masters NOR which at our last service replaced the brakes and rotors. We had a sutter in our car when driving at braking g at 100km. We spoke to Courtney at Port Kennedy Auto Masters which diagnosed the rotors that where warped,. The NOR branch paid for the parts but Courtney and his team supplied the Labor which they didn't have to do as it wasn't there fault. We really appreciate the effort Courtney went to helping us get our Prado running well again. We will continue to bring our car back for future services

A week before I Put my car in for a service I got my electric window winder replaced so I book my car in for a service and afterwards the window winder wouldn’t work and I told them if they can fix it they said it was an old window winder not going there again.

Was my first time with one of the big chains when our regular local mechanic was too busy to fit us in for a few weeks. Courtney was very helpful, was happy to fit us in, diagnosed correctly, didnt oversell, on time and reasonably priced. No hesitation in using again!

Excellent services by all members.Went all out to get the parts during Christmas period, they even provided me with a loan car when all else failed due to lock down and Christmas/New Year break.Highly recommended.

I'm very fussy when it comes to my car. A friend of mine recommended Auto Masters Port Kennedy, so I took it there. I was very happy with the fast, friendly, helpful, honest service. They did a great job for a good price. The best garage I've ever taken my car too, I'd definitely recommend it to everyone.
